New
Year's at Hsi Lai Temple
Outdoor Activities on Chinese New Year's Day Feb. 1, 2003

In 2003, I was
working at Hsi Lai Temple and took these photos on New Year's Day. The
Sheriff's Department estimated the crowd that day at between 20,000 and 30,000
people--and remember, this is Southern California!
You can also see pictures of indoor
activities in 2003 and 2004.
